Carpooling

Corporate & Employer Carpool in Islamabad & Rawalpindi

A closed staff carpool request for one company or campus — solve staff transport without running a fleet.

Corporate & Employer Carpool in Islamabad and Rawalpindi

About corporate & employer carpool

A corporate carpool is a closed route-group request for the staff of a single organisation — a company, embassy, hospital or university. It solves staff transport without buying or running a fleet: employees from the same areas share rides on set routes, parking pressure drops, and late arrivals and transport-related attrition fall.

It’s intended for employers, hr and admin teams arranging staff transport. Submit your route and timing and a real person reviews the request. Availability, participant checks and any cost-sharing arrangement are confirmed before you commit.

Common corridors: Islamabad Expressway · Srinagar Highway · Kashmir Highway · IJP Road. Browse carpools by corridor →

  • Solve staff transport without buying or running a fleet
  • Closed groups for one organisation only

Simple to join

How carpooling works

  1. 1

    Tell us your route

Share your home area, destination and timing, and whether you’re a rider or a driver.

  2. 2

    We compare requests

Our team reviews compatible timings and road corridors. Registration is free and does not guarantee availability.

  3. 3

    Speak before sharing details

If a possible fit exists, we contact both sides and obtain permission before facilitating an introduction.

  4. 4

    Agree the arrangement

Participants confirm cost-sharing, pickup rules and safety expectations directly, then use WhatsApp live-location sharing if they proceed.

Trust & safety

Safety isn’t a feature — it’s the product

Every serious carpool attempt fails on trust, not price. Here is how we handle it.

Document checks when required

Before an introduction, participants may be asked to provide relevant identity, driving and vehicle documents. A document check supports due diligence but is not a guarantee of conduct.

Workplace / campus context

Include your organisation or campus when registering. Our team can prioritise compatible requests from the same community where available.

Women-only preference

Women can request introductions only to female riders or drivers. This depends on compatible registrations and is never guaranteed in advance.

Use live-location sharing

Participants are advised to share their WhatsApp live location, vehicle details and expected arrival time with a trusted contact.

Meet before committing

Speak first, verify the arrangement and consider meeting in a public place before agreeing to a recurring commute.

Report a concern

Tell our team about safety or conduct concerns. We can stop making introductions involving a reported participant while the concern is reviewed.

Matching a rider and driver travelling on the same route

Join a corporate & employer carpool

Tell us your area, destination and timing — and whether you need a seat or can offer one. Our team records your request, checks for compatible enquiries and contacts you before sharing any details. A match, seat and monthly cost are confirmed only when suitable participants are available.

Rider or driver

Need a seat or have empty seats to fill? Register the route and timing for a compatibility check.

A fixed monthly cost

Budget the commute like a subscription — no surge, no daily fare haggling.

Checks & preferences

Relevant documents may be requested before an introduction, and women can request women-only introductions.

Corporate & Employer Carpool — FAQ

How is a corporate carpool different from a normal one?

It is a closed route group for the staff of one organisation only — colleagues from the same areas share agreed rides on set routes. HR can offer it as a low-cost staff benefit instead of running a company fleet.

What does the employer need to do?

Very little. Share your staff’s home areas and shifts and we collect route requests, compare compatible timings and facilitate consent-based introductions. You can offer it as a per-employee benefit.

Can you run women-only routes for our staff?

Yes — closed groups can be women-only, which many organisations need for female staff on early or late shifts.
