The couple’s car
A single vehicle held for the bride and groom, decorated to the arrangement you choose, with a driver briefed on where the photographs happen and how slowly to approach the entrance.
For the big day
Wedding hire covers two separate jobs on the same day: the car the couple arrives in, and the vehicles that move everybody else. We arrange both together — a decorated saloon or SUV for the bride and groom, plus vans and coasters running the baraat — so one person is coordinating the whole convoy.
◆Couple’s car prepared and positioned early
◆Guest vans and Coasters coordinated together
◆One written schedule across every event

Who books this
For the family member who has ended up responsible for logistics — usually a brother or a cousin — and needs the cars to be somewhere specific at a specific hour on a day when nothing else will be running to time. Also for overseas families arranging a wedding here from abroad.
Why it holds up
Wedding vehicles are scheduled to be in position ahead of the hour, because a car that is merely on time has no margin left when the Kashmir Highway is solid at seven in the evening.
Everyone on wedding work turns out smartly, understands they are inside your photographs, and knows to stay with the vehicle rather than wandering off during the ceremony.
Rather than four separate bookings for four vehicles, the convoy is coordinated as a single arrangement, so there is one number to call when the timing shifts on the day.
What the car will look like — flowers, ribbon, the style you want — is agreed and confirmed before the day, not improvised in a car park an hour before the baraat.
What it covers
Each part below is booked through the same conversation — you do not need a separate arrangement for any of them.
A single vehicle held for the bride and groom, decorated to the arrangement you choose, with a driver briefed on where the photographs happen and how slowly to approach the entrance.
Multiple vehicles moving with the groom’s party from the house to the venue, kept together on the road so the procession arrives as one group rather than trickling in over half an hour.
Vans and coasters running loops between hotels, guest houses and the hall, which spares out-of-town relatives from finding parking at a marquee on Park Road at nine in the evening.
Mehndi, nikah, baraat and walima are rarely at one venue or on one day. We plan the vehicles across the whole sequence rather than treating each night as a fresh booking.
Step by step
Tell us the events, the venues and the rough headcount for each. Wedding logistics are easier to price once the whole sequence is visible rather than one night at a time.
We propose a vehicle for the couple and a mix for the guests, along with what decoration is possible on each and what it will involve.
Each vehicle gets a position time with margin built in. You receive a written schedule so the family knows which car is where without asking you.
Drivers report to the addresses on the schedule and stay in contact with one nominated person on your side, so nobody is calling four different numbers.
The vehicles
The couple’s car is usually the executive saloon or the Fortuner, which photographs well and sits high enough for a bride in heavy clothing to get in and out gracefully. Guest movement is a straight arithmetic problem: Hiace vans for twelve at a time, Coasters when the count runs past twenty.

Coverage & reach
Wedding work spans the marquee belt along Park Road and the Expressway, the halls in Saddar and Satellite Town, and the farmhouse venues around Bani Gala and Bahria. Weddings held up at Bhurban or Murree are common enough that we plan the climb into the timings.
Places served on this service: Islamabad · Rawalpindi · Murree · Bhurban.
Pricing & inclusions
How the figure is set
Wedding quotes depend on how many vehicles, how many days and how far apart the venues sit, so the figure follows your actual schedule rather than a per-car rate that ignores the hardest part of the job. Peak wedding months book out early, so an early conversation protects both the cars and the price.
Customer feedback
We do not publish sample testimonials, buy ratings, or attach a customer’s name to copy we wrote ourselves. Nothing appears in this section until a real passenger has completed a real booking and told us we may share what they said.
That means this space is empty rather than persuasive, which we accept. A business whose entire offer is “the price we tell you is the price you pay” cannot credibly start by inventing praise for itself.

As early as you have a date. The wedding season concentrates demand into a few months, and the better vehicles go first — particularly the executive saloon and the Fortuner. Booking months out also protects you from peak-period pricing.
We arrange it rather than manufacture it, and the style and cost are agreed with you in advance. Some families prefer to supply their own florist and simply hand the arrangement to the driver on the morning, which is equally fine.
Yes, and this is where the coasters earn their place. We build a loop between the hotel, the hall and wherever the reception continues, so relatives who do not drive here are never stranded outside a marquee looking for a lift.
Assume it will, because it usually does. Vehicles are booked with waiting built in and drivers stay with the cars, so an hour’s delay does not mean the shuttle has vanished when your guests finally come outside.
Entirely. A great many of our wedding bookings are made by families in the UK, the Gulf or North America. The whole plan is agreed on WhatsApp, confirmed in writing, and a relative here only needs to be the contact point on the day.
Yes, though the timings change shape. The climb from the city needs a genuine margin, especially in winter or on a weekend, so hill-venue schedules are built with earlier departures and the vehicles usually stay up there between events.
Tell us how many people need moving and from where, and we will work it out with you honestly — a Hiace takes twelve and a Coaster twenty-two, but the real constraint is usually how many trips the timeline allows between venues.
Tell us the trip and a real person confirms a fixed price, usually within minutes.
