How far in advance should I book an Islamabad airport pickup?
Anywhere from months out to a few hours before landing. Overseas passengers usually book when they buy the ticket, which locks the vehicle early; same-day requests are taken whenever a driver is free, though the choice of car narrows the later it gets.
What happens if my flight is delayed or diverted?
Nothing changes on your side. We watch the flight itself rather than its scheduled time, so the driver arrives when you actually do. A diversion gets handled on the same WhatsApp thread — tell us where you landed and the leg is re-planned around it.
Where exactly will the driver be waiting at ISB?
Inside the arrivals hall beyond customs, holding a board with your name on it. The precise meeting instruction and the driver’s mobile number are with you in writing before you fly, so there is no wandering the kerb looking for a stranger.
Can I pay in cash, and does it have to be rupees?
Rupees in cash at the end of the journey is the normal arrangement. Arriving without local currency is common enough — mention it when booking and we settle how you will pay in advance, rather than leaving it to the moment you walk out of baggage reclaim.
Do you cover drop-offs deep into Rawalpindi?
