When you request a quote or booking, Islamabad Taxi Services collects the details you provide — such as your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, trip details and any flight information. We also collect basic, first-party analytics (pages viewed and clicks) to improve the site.

We use your information solely to provide a quote, arrange your trip, communicate with you, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data.

We share only the information reasonably needed to answer or fulfil your request. This may include an assigned driver or an independent rental, showroom, transport, mechanic or carpool contact after an introduction has been explained. Website hosting, database and email providers may process information for us under their own security and privacy obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Do not upload or send a CNIC, driving licence, vehicle registration or other identity document unless our authorised contact specifically requests it and explains why it is needed. Where verification is required, access should be limited to the people handling that request and the information retained only as long as reasonably necessary for verification, safety, legal or dispute purposes.

We use a first-party identifier stored in your browser to understand site usage anonymously. EU/UK visitors will be asked for cookie consent where required.

We retain enquiries and booking records only for operational, accounting, safety and legal needs, then delete or anonymise them when no longer reasonably required. We use access controls and reputable service providers, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
