What is the shortest block I can book?
We work in hourly blocks, though for anything under about three hours a straightforward point-to-point city ride is usually better value. Chauffeur hire earns its keep from the fourth hour onward, once the waiting starts to outweigh the travelling.
What happens if I need the car longer than I booked?
Tell the driver and keep going. Additional hours are simply added at the same rate and settled at the end — there is no penalty for a day that ran long, and no scramble to arrange a different car at six in the evening.
Can the driver take my colleagues while I stay in a meeting?
Yes, provided it fits your schedule. Plenty of clients send the car to collect someone from the airport or drop a colleague across town mid-morning. Just coordinate it with the driver so the vehicle is back where you need it.
Is fuel counted separately if my day covers a lot of ground?
