Urgent document runs
Tenders, contracts, court filings and passports moved by hand between offices in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, where the deadline is measured in hours and the paperwork cannot be re-issued.
A cargo run is a dedicated vehicle carrying your consignment and nothing else, straight from collection to delivery. Because there is no depot, no sorting and no other customer’s freight aboard, a tender document or a spare part leaves when you say and arrives the same day.

What it covers
Each part below is booked through the same conversation — you do not need a separate arrangement for any of them.
Tenders, contracts, court filings and passports moved by hand between offices in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, where the deadline is measured in hours and the paperwork cannot be re-issued.
Spares, tools and machinery components carried directly to a workshop or site — the sort of item that is not worth a whole freight booking but is holding up work until it arrives.
Regular movements between a company’s locations: files, IT equipment, stock and stationery, on a schedule that suits the business rather than a courier’s collection round.
Consignments driven straight through to Lahore, Peshawar or wherever they are needed, without transfer or sorting. Slower than a flight, faster and safer than a network for anything awkward.
Who books this
Used most by people facing a deadline a network courier cannot meet: a contractor whose tender closes at four, a workshop waiting on a part that stops a job, a law firm filing before a court cut-off, and companies moving equipment between offices without wanting it to spend a night in a sorting hub.
Why it holds up
Your consignment travels alone. There is no sorting facility to lose it in, no other customer’s load stacked on top of it, and no leg of the journey where it sits waiting to be re-handled.
Updates come through the same WhatsApp thread as the booking, from collection to handover. When a deadline is close, being able to ask a person and get an answer is worth more than a tracking page.
Items a network would refuse or crush — a framed document, a prototype, an instrument case — are simply placed in a vehicle and driven. The handling is human, not mechanical.
You know who collected the consignment and who is delivering it, which for sensitive commercial paperwork is a materially different proposition from handing it to a counter.
Step by step
Four steps, all of them on one WhatsApp thread. There is no account to create and nothing to pay before the trip is confirmed.
Tell us what it is, roughly how big and how heavy, and where it needs to go. That determines the vehicle and whether it can move immediately.
We confirm a collection time, a realistic delivery window for the traffic that day, and one figure for the job.
The driver collects, confirms on the thread that the item is with him, and sets off. Nothing is left waiting for a round to fill.
On delivery you get confirmation naming who received it. For sensitive items we can photograph the handover if you ask.

The vehicles
Documents and small parcels travel in the Corolla, which is quickest through city traffic. The APV takes cartons and mid-sized items, and the Hiace handles a genuine load — office equipment, stock, anything needing floor space rather than a boot.
Pricing & inclusions
How the figure is set
A dedicated run is priced on the distance and the vehicle it needs, which makes it dearer than a network courier for a routine parcel and considerably better value when the deadline is real. For repeat inter-branch movements, ask about a standing weekly arrangement.
Coverage & reach
Same-day work covers the whole of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, including the industrial areas in I-9 and I-10 and the commercial belt through Saddar. Longer runs to Lahore, Peshawar and the Punjab cities are driven direct, and heavier freight moves through our goods transport arm instead.
Places served on this service: Islamabad · Rawalpindi · Lahore · Peshawar · Sialkot · Jhelum · Wah Cantt.
Customer feedback
We do not publish sample testimonials, buy ratings, or attach a customer’s name to copy we wrote ourselves. Nothing appears in this section until a real passenger has completed a real booking and told us we may share what they said.
That means this space is empty rather than persuasive, which we accept. A business whose entire offer is “the price we tell you is the price you pay” cannot credibly start by inventing praise for itself.

Within the twin cities it is usually a matter of getting a vehicle to you, so an hour or two is typical and sometimes faster. Tell us the deadline first — if we cannot meet it we will say so immediately rather than let you find out at four o’clock.
For an ordinary parcel with a flexible deadline, yes, clearly. A dedicated vehicle exists for the cases where the network answer is not good enough — a same-day tender, a part that has stopped a production line, or something too awkward to sort mechanically.
No, and we would rather be straightforward about it. We take real care and confirm the handover in writing, but if the contents are genuinely valuable you should arrange your own cover rather than rely on ours existing.
Anything hazardous, prohibited or illegal, without exception. Beyond that the practical limits are size and weight — furniture, machinery and household loads belong with our goods transport service, which has the right vehicles for them.
Yes, and standing arrangements work out better than booking each trip. Give us the days, times and the two addresses, and it becomes a fixture with the same driver rather than something someone has to remember to arrange each week.
You get a message confirming delivery and naming the person who signed for it. For anything sensitive, ask at booking and the driver will photograph the handover so you have a record beyond his word.
Lahore, Peshawar and the Punjab cities are regular direct runs. Karachi is possible but the distance makes it a considered decision rather than an urgent one — for that leg, freight or air is usually the sensible recommendation and we will tell you so.
Tell us the trip and a real person confirms a fixed price, usually within minutes.
