How many people actually fit in a Hiace with luggage?
Twelve seated comfortably, but the honest limit is set by the bags. Twelve passengers each with a large suitcase will not work; twelve with modest luggage will. Give us both numbers and we will tell you straight whether one van does it.
Can we be collected from more than one address?
Yes, and it is normal for family bookings. Give us the addresses and the order you want them done in, and the collection sequence is planned in advance so the van is not doubling back across the city at six in the morning.
Is a van cheaper than booking several cars?
Usually, once you pass about six passengers. One Hiace typically comes in below the three or four sedans it replaces, and there is a single driver to deal with rather than several vehicles to keep together on the motorway.
Can a Hiace handle the road to Naran or Swat?
Yes — these vans do those valleys routinely and are what most local families travel in. Beyond the tarmac, on rougher tracks or over Babusar late in the season, an SUV is the better tool and we will say so rather than take the booking regardless.
Do you have vans with a female driver or attendant?
Female drivers are not something we can promise, and we would rather be honest than imply otherwise. What we can do is assign drivers with a strong record on family bookings, and share their details in advance so you know exactly who is coming.
Can the van stay with us for several days on a trip?
Yes, and that is how most group tours are run. The vehicle and driver stay with the group throughout, with his food and accommodation already inside the quoted figure so nobody is settling up with him at a hotel.
What if our group is thirty people?
Then it is either a Coaster plus a Hiace, or two Coasters, depending on the luggage and the route. Tell us the number and where you are going and we will lay out the combination that works out most efficiently.
