The four things that decide an honest quote are: what you are moving, from where to where, which floor at each end, and whether you want packing included. Access matters as much as distance — a third-floor flat with no lift is a materially different job from a ground-floor house on a wide street.
If your building or society needs a gate pass or restricts goods-vehicle hours, say so when you enquire. It is a five-minute arrangement in advance and a half-day delay on the morning itself.

How do I know which size truck I need?
Count rooms, not boxes. A one-bed flat with no large white goods usually fits a Suzuki pickup; a standard two-to-three bed house is Shehzore territory; anything with heavy wooden furniture, a full kitchen and a family’s worth of accumulated storage is a Mazda or larger. The vehicle table above sets out what each one genuinely swallows, and when in doubt describe the property rather than guessing the vehicle.
Is it cheaper to book a smaller truck and do two trips?
Almost never within the city, and definitely not intercity. Two trips means double the loading labour, double the fuel and a second round of stairs — and on a motorway run it means paying the corridor twice. A single correctly-sized vehicle is usually cheaper than two undersized ones even though the headline rate looks higher.
Do you provide packing, or only the vehicle and labour?
Both are available and they are quoted separately, because plenty of people pack themselves and only need the truck and loaders. Full packing is worth it for fragile items, electronics and anything going a long distance, where the packing quality decides whether it arrives intact. Tell us which you want when you enquire.
Can you move into a gated society like Bahria Town or DHA?
Yes, and it is worth flagging when you book. Gated societies commonly require a gate pass arranged in advance, restrict which hours goods vehicles may enter, and occasionally cap vehicle size at the barrier. None of that is a problem when it is known beforehand; all of it becomes an expensive delay when the truck arrives unannounced.
Can you transport a car to another city?
Yes — that runs on a car carrier rather than a general loader, so it is quoted as its own job. It is the usual choice for moving a vehicle to Karachi or Quetta, or for a car that is not currently roadworthy, and it avoids putting motorway mileage and risk onto the car itself.
What decides the price?
Distance, the vehicle size, how much loading labour the job needs, floor level and access at both ends, and whether packing is included. Stairs and a narrow street genuinely change the labour required, which is why an honest quote asks about the property rather than only the destination.
