All bookings with Islamabad Taxi Services are made by WhatsApp, phone or the quote form. A booking is confirmed once we reply with a fixed price and driver details. Quotes are valid for the trip and date discussed.

Prices are fixed and agreed before travel and include the driver, fuel and motorway tolls unless stated otherwise. Additional stops, waiting beyond the agreed allowance, or route changes may adjust the fare, always agreed with you first.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may incur a charge to cover the driver’s time.

Provide accurate pickup, contact, passenger and luggage details; be ready at the agreed time; use seat belts; and follow reasonable safety instructions. Tell us before confirmation about child seats, mobility needs, oversized luggage, pets or any item requiring special handling. Illegal, dangerous or abusive conduct may result in refusal or termination of service.

Pickup and arrival times are estimates affected by traffic, weather, security checks, road closures and other events outside reasonable control. Flight-aware pickup means we monitor the flight information supplied, but the customer must remain reachable when possible. A requested vehicle or provider is not reserved until we confirm the booking. If an assigned vehicle becomes unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative or a refund of any amount paid for the affected service.

Some rental, showroom, goods-transport, mechanic or carpool enquiries may be fulfilled by an independent provider introduced through the website. We identify the responsible provider before commitment where applicable. Provider listings are informational and do not guarantee availability, price or suitability. Customers should review the provider’s final quote and terms before proceeding.

A carpool request is an expression of interest, not a guaranteed seat or automated match. We may compare compatible requests and, with permission, facilitate an introduction. Participants remain responsible for assessing suitability, agreeing costs and rules, checking documents where relevant, and using appropriate personal-safety precautions. Never send identity documents unless requested through an authorised contact and the purpose has been explained.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect loss or for delay, cancellation or disruption caused by circumstances outside reasonable control. Any concern should be reported promptly so the facts can be investigated with the driver or provider.
