Why employers set it up

Running a company fleet is expensive and inflexible. A closed staff carpool achieves the same outcome — reliable staff transport — at a fraction of the cost, because it uses the trips employees are already making. On a constrained campus, it also frees up scarce parking, and it noticeably reduces the late arrivals and turnover that come from unreliable commutes.

What HR needs to do

Very little. Share your staff’s home areas and shift patterns and we collect route requests, compare compatible timings and facilitate consent-based introductions. You can offer it as a per-employee subscription. Women-only routes can be created for female staff on early or late shifts — often the hardest transport problem an employer has to solve.
