One Vehicle for the Whole Family
The Nadeem family wanted to spend a full day visiting Murree and Bhurban from Islamabad. The group included nine passengers, among them two grandparents who needed a comfortable vehicle with easy access and enough space for the whole family.
Taking two separate cars would have increased the cost and made it difficult for everyone to remain together in Murree’s weekend traffic. During an earlier trip, the family had left Islamabad at 10am on a Sunday and spent around three hours stuck on the Expressway.
An Early Start Before the Weekend Rush
We arranged a Toyota Hiace and assigned a local driver who regularly travels on the Murree route. A 6:30am departure was scheduled so the family could complete most of the climb before the weekend traffic started building.
The early departure allowed them to reach Mall Road before the main parking areas became crowded. The driver also assisted the grandparents while entering and leaving the vehicle during stops.
Returning Through Bhurban
Instead of joining the heavy evening traffic descending from Mall Road, the return journey was planned through Bhurban during the late afternoon.
This route allowed the family to enjoy another destination while avoiding the busiest part of the evening traffic. They returned to Islamabad by early evening, remained together for the entire trip and avoided travelling on the mountain road after dark.
