Cash (Pakistani rupees) is the most widely accepted way to pay for taxis in Islamabad; for pre-booked private transfers we can also agree a deposit or alternative arrangement in advance — just confirm your preferred method when you book.
Pakistani rupees in cash are accepted everywhere and are the simplest option for most rides. You can withdraw rupees from ATMs at the airport and around the city, or exchange currency at a licensed dealer.

Accepting foreign cards online in Pakistan is still limited compared with Western markets.
