Changan is among the more recent Chinese brands to reach Islamabad, with models like the Alsvin sedan and the Oshan SUV offering plenty of equipment for the price — attractive on value, though as a newcomer its resale and parts picture is still developing.
The Alsvin has become Changan’s calling card locally, undercutting established compact sedans while offering a well-equipped cabin, and the Oshan brings similar value to the SUV space. For a buyer prioritising features and price over brand heritage, the proposition is clearly tempting.
What tempers that is how new Changan is to the market.
