How is the monthly fare calculated?
It is quoted for your specific route, not from a table. The distance between the two addresses, how many days a week you travel, the vehicle the trip needs and whether there is a return leg all change the figure. Send the form and you get one fixed monthly number — fuel and the driver included — before anything is committed.
Can I book fewer than five days a week?
Yes. Four days, three days, or only the days your timetable actually runs. The form has a chip for each day, and the fare is calculated on the days you select rather than a full working week.
My finish time changes from day to day. Does that work?
Yes — tick "my finish time varies" on the return time and give the earliest and latest you might finish. A window like 2:15 PM to 3:00 PM is normal for university and school runs, and we plan the driver around it rather than leaving you waiting.
Do I get the same driver every day?
That is the intention, and it is most of the value of a monthly arrangement — a driver who knows the route, the gate and your timing. If your regular driver is unavailable we tell you in advance and send a replacement rather than cancelling the run.
Is this suitable for a school run for my children?
Yes, and it is one of the most common uses. Tell us the ages and the school in the notes box; we match a driver used to school timings and pickup queues, and can arrange a female attendant on request.
What if I need to cancel or change the schedule mid-month?
Timing or day changes are handled by message and take effect once we confirm the vehicle can cover them. There is no lock-in contract — you tell us before the next month starts if you do not want to continue.
