How the process should go
Straighten or replace the panel and align it properly first — shortcuts here show later. Use minimal filler, then primer, then a computer-matched colour blended into the adjacent panel so there’s no visible line. It should be done in as clean and dust-free a space as possible, and given time to cure.
How to check the finish
In daylight, sight down the length of the panel — ripples and waves show a rushed job. Check the colour match where the repaired panel meets the next one. Run your hand over it for an even, smooth feel. We show you the finish before you collect the car.
